i am working here in abroad together with my husband. my child iks in the philippines she needs her birth certificate to be process by my brother. how can make authorization letter? the name of my brother is leonardo castro. i hope u can give me sample of authorization, stating that i am allowing my brother to take all the responsibility in processing my child BC. thanks
