16 year old bed wetting and fecal smearing. Don't bother to answer if you aren't serious. I need help!?

My impression is that this young boy has deep seated anger.....and that perhaps he is doing this new behavior as a way to relieve the inward pain. You are to be commended for what you are doing for him. He needs help to understand why he is doing this. I feel strongly that he has deep seated, unresolved anger.
