Some thoughts on this? Is it time to change a few things in Chicago and Buffalo at this time?

I know it is early still in the season but with injuries piling up in Chicago and Buffalo at a season worst 5 game losing skid what would be your thoughts to help keep the teams still in the playoff picture or at least within grasp of making it.
