Why is it ok for people to make statements like these?

People fear that which they don't understand. As someone who has looked at Mormonism from the outside and the inside, I can tell you that it is not a "dangerous cult". Maybe that's why I'm LDS now. LOL. However, I do think that some Mormons are pushy (by constantly asking what religion people are and always asking them to come to church...) and a little bigoted themselves (when they won't allow their children to play with other kids that aren't LDS). Not all Mormons are that way, but naturally things are worse in Utah, where this computer currently sits. There are a lot of things that people freak out about. Freemasonry is another example. My husband, brother, and many of their friends are freemasons. I was apprehensive at first, but now I understand it and have learned that you can't believe everything you read on the internet.
