What are some good programs for drawing?

I like to draw, but I don't have the steady hands to draw with my hands. So I have turned to using PC programs. I like to mess around in CAD doing weird designs. Are there any other good programs you can use to draw? I can't afford one of those tablet things for drawing on PC, and as I said before I wouldn't have the steady hands to do so anyway. Thanks for the help.
