"Official" means it would be endorsed by the NFL. Doesn't exist. However, there are many professionals who paint helmets. Look in the ads in Motocross Action Magazine and you will find many willing and qualified to do the job. You can use your own helmet and only have to pay for the paint job and S&H. Good Luck.
