I am trying to work out and lose a few pounds, I have been eating healthy, I don't need to lose that much maybe just like 10-15 pounds. The only problem is that I always feel hungry. I'll eat, then like 30-40 min. go by and I feel hungry again, but I don't eat again. I was just wondering what is a good pill or dietary supplement that I can take to take the edge off hunger?
