What's it take for you to figure out legislative rule & control needs to be in the hands of the majority in US?

It sound like an idea of a Utopian Society like we would have aboard the Star ship enterprise in Gene Roddenberry's 24th century vision, where personal Wealth doesn't exist and their pursuits of personal achievement go to the advancement and benefit for all Mankind. Just a lot of fancy lingo and ideology that equate to one thing, punishing the Wealthy and affluent, and redistribution of their accomplishments to all of Societies forgotten and less fortunate. Well, "beam me up No. 1, I Want to spread my sentiment of good will and prosperity to all who will agree that they should share it"
