What is this guy deal....geez?

so me and this guy been talking for a month and couple weeks and we havent hungout,and at first he was all interested now i can't really tell. he called me once , and he never texts me and its like i asked him if he was busy this weekend and he said idk and im like how do you not know, i told him to text me if he want to hang and he hasnt and he probably wont should i text him today ? what should i say. i just wish that if hes not into me anymore why cant he just say that.its like sometimes why were in the middle of a convo hed stop texting me and wont even text back that day or the next day,but hed be all on facebook changing his status and stuff... i just dont want to waste my time.
