I need help for my Sweet 16! New York, or HUGE party?

My dad mentioned today that I could possibly to go New York for my sweet 16. I wanted to have a huge party at a banquet hall somewhere near I live, and I made a list of people who would be invited and it would be over 75. And the party would be semi formal, with catering and a dj and dance floor. I can't decide! Please help. :) Also if it matters, my birthdays in March. and I still have lots of time to think about it. But I'd rather be early then be late and rushing! So please help me!
