Can anyone tell me how to find this dress?

I found it in the Oakland Mall in Michigan. It was in the back on a maniquin, it is red with silver beading. It is poofy on the bottom and has gathers on it. It was almost $400.00. If anyone knows who this dress is by, or the style number, or where to find it can you please post? I really want to get this dress. and it was redish burgandy. Very Very Beautiful
